1. The Plaintiff, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G:

(a) trade on October 1, 2009, respectively;

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Status 1 of the parties) The Plaintiff’s respective real estate listed in the [Attachment 1] List (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”).

A apartment located in Daegu Dong-gu I (hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment”).

(2) A housing reconstruction project of this case (hereinafter referred to as “instant reconstruction project”)

The Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter referred to as the “Urban Improvement Act”) shall apply.

The Plaintiff is a housing reconstruction and rearrangement project partnership established under the Housing Reconstruction and Improvement Project Association. The Plaintiff is authorized to establish an association from the Daegu-dong head of the Gu on August 16, 2006 (hereinafter “instant authorization disposition”).

(2) The Defendants are each owners of each of the relevant real estate (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant real estate”) indicated in the detailed statement of the conclusion of the sales contract on February 28, 2007, as well as indicated in the column for “owned and occupied real estate” in attached Form 2.

B. The Plaintiff’s announcement of the application for parcelling-out and the announcement of extension of the application for parcelling-out as to July 23, 2009, and on September 11, 2009, the Plaintiff issued an announcement of the application for parcelling-out to its members, and on September 30, 2009, the extension of the application period for parcelling-out extended from September 11, 2009 to September 30, 2009. (2) However, at the time, Defendant B, J, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant E, Defendant F, and K did not apply for parcelling-out by September 30, 2009, the expiration date of the above extension period.
