Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint criminal conduct proposed that “I and Defendant B are able to do so, and even if I and Defendant B are able to take part of the traffic accident, I will take part of the traffic accident.” Defendant A and Defendant B conspired for a traffic accident with their consent.

2. Defendant A’s crime;
A. The Defendant conspired to receive insurance money from an insurance company by intentionally causing L, M and intentional traffic accidents.
L around 03:00 on July 20, 2010, in order to operate a Nggggal-ro vehicle at a parking lot in the Soggggal-dong Sinsan-dong Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoyang-gu, Man was driven by M, and the accident occurred after he was intentionally received the front part of the OSM5 car boarding by the Defendant, and he was insured against the victim M. M. M was provided with two-day outpatients from P, and the defendant was provided with an outpatients for three days from Q Hospital.
As above, the Defendant, in collusion with L and M, deceivings the victim, and deceiving M from the victim, KRW 600,00 on July 23, 2010, KRW 73,510 on July 27, 2010, KRW 500,000 on vehicle repair cost on August 31, 2010, and KRW 1,821,210 on July 23, 2010.
