When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On February 9, 2016, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.098% in blood, from around the Do in front of the mutual influence point in the south of Gangnam-si, and from around the same Do to the 41stm of the 6 main apartment in the south of the same Sin-si.
