A. On April 20, 2008, the Plaintiff decided 10% per annum on April 20, 2008 as interest rate of 260,000,000 and as of April 30, 2010.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest and delayed damages calculated at the rate of 10% per annum agreed from April 20, 2008, April 2008, which was the date of loan lending 260,000,000 won, to November 5, 2020, and 12% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.

2. Judgment deemed as a confession (Articles 150(3) and 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
