Although the Defendant initially led to the confession and reflect of the crime, the lower court’s punishment appears to have been determined by taking into account such factors, the lower court’s failure to reach an agreement with the victim up to the trial, and the motive, means and consequence of the crime, and the conditions of sentencing specified in the records and arguments, such as the circumstances after the crime, cannot be deemed to be unduly unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is without merit and it is so decided as per Disposition in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
