If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Around August 9, 2010, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the Defendant’s home located in the South-west Navy B, called KT’s subsidiaries using a general telephone, thereby leaving the former wife’s resident registration number (D) and opening two mobile phones (E and F) to another person’s resident registration number.

2. Fraud;

A. The Defendant’s mobile phone (E) opened with the resident registration number of the former wife C at the same time and at the same time.

B. The Defendant used the mobile phone (F) opened with the resident registration number of the former wife C at the same time and at the same place until November 22 of the same year.

However, even if the above mobile phone was used in the name of C, there was no intention or ability to pay the fee.

The Defendant, as above, did not pay KRW 3,315,410 of the aforementioned mobile phone charges used by deceiving the staff in charge of KT and joining KT, thereby gaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount.
