The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, deemed that the collection should be made equally from the accomplices, including the defendant, is justifiable, and it did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence and exceeding the bounds of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the calculation of the amount of collection.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
