Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act applies mutatis mutandis to the applicable provisions of the Act (i.e., Supreme Court Decision 208(3)2 (i.e., Supreme Court Decision 2007Da15481, Apr. 2, 2007).
