The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. At around 13:50 on February 20, 2014, the Defendant committed three assaults on the part of the victim’s left knife with the hand floor, which was found to be visible due to the problem of return of deposit deposit and the victim D(53 years old) who was shot in front of the house of the Defendant, and on the part of the victim’s left knife.
2. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent pursuant to Article 260(3) of the same Act. Since the victim expressed his/her intention not to prosecute the Defendant around September 2014, which was after the prosecution was instituted, this part of the prosecution is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
