Punishment of the crime
On June 12, 2018, around 10:30 on June 12, 2018, the Defendant driven a D class-III truck without a driver's license from around 4 km away from the front of the road located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City B to the large-scale smoke lamps in the direction of the city outside the urban highway.

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
