On March 10, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim C (the 16-year-old) in the vicinity of the guards room of the 1st floor in Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, to the above apartment 101 and the second floor of the apartment 101 and the second floor of the 2nd floor; and (b) assaulted the victim at once with the inner part of the 1st hand of the 2nd floor of the 101 and the head of drinking.

As a result, the victim injured the victim with each other, requiring medical treatment for about one week.
