1. The defendant shall pay 38,380,128 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from September 2, 2005 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)1 and 257(a) of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant.”
