도로교통법위반(음주운전)
1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;
2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On April 24, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 01:20 and around 0.171% of alcohol concentration in blood, and driving C SP car at a level equivalent to 200 meters prior to the end of the bus No. 31 located in Busan metropolitan transportation Daegu at the same end of the road.
