2. The costs of the lawsuit, including the part resulting from the supplementary participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a legal entity that establishes and operates the C University, and the Intervenor was appointed as a children’s sports for children and full-time lecturer around March 2002 and served as leisure sports and associate professor from March 2013.

(b) Invitation of pure research tasks at C University in 2014 and application of the Intervenor’s pure research tasks;

3. Period of research: From May 1, 2014 to November 31, 2014 (seven months);

4. Support amount for research expenses: 2,000,000 won/per subject.

6. Guidance matters at the time of proceeding the research tasks.

(b) Support for research expenses: A lump sum payment for the research expenses of two million won after the conclusion of a contract to the responsible research institute after withholding the total research expenses (which need not be verified due to the execution of research expenses);

C. Within six months ( May 31, 2015) from the date of completion of the study to submit the report (on November 31, 2014), C University recruited a pure research task in March 10, 2014 with the following content in order to facilitate teachers’ smooth research activities on March 10, 2014. (2) On April 22, 2014, the Intervenor submitted a pledge to comply with D’s pure research task (hereinafter “instant pure research task”) and guidelines to ensure research ethics (No. 260 of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology’s Directive”).

On the other hand, on April 25, 2014, the Intervenor received KRW 2 million for pure research tasks in this case.

3) Around May 2015, the Intervenor submitted to the C University a certificate of planned publication of the HAR No. 10 title 3 (the scheduled publication date, August 31, 2015) to certify that the author’s title “G” and “G” are scheduled to be published in HAD No. 10. (C) On May 27, 2015, the Intervenor submitted a certificate of planned publication of the thesis. (C) On June 2015, the Plaintiff conducted a full-scale investigation as to the forgery of a certificate of planned publication of a paper for pure research tasks, and the Intervenor returned the research cost received by the Intervenor around July 2015.
