피고인은 2014. 3. 21. 23:10경 혈중알코올농도 0.194%의 술에 취한 상태로 대구 서구 중리동에 있는 퀸스로드 곱창골목 앞길부터 같은 동에 있는 영훈정비 앞길까지 약 2km 구간에서 B 다마스 차량을 운전하였다.
