1. Defendants A and his accomplice were appointed as the 11st president of Q Bank around March 21, 2014, and the Minister of Strategy and Finance overall control over the banking business, including the management and execution of corporate funds of Q Bank, employment of employees, and personnel. Defendants B were the head of the Management Planning Headquarters from around December 2, 2013 to December 2014; Defendant C was from around December 12, 2014 to around December 2016; Defendant D was in charge of managing and supervising the employment of new personnel from around December 16, 2016 to around December 2017; Defendant C was in charge of managing and supervising the employment of new personnel from around 10 to around 2000 to around 14, 2017; Defendant C was in charge of managing and supervising the employment of new personnel from around 16, 2012 to around 16, 2016 to December 2014, respectively.

Meanwhile, from January 2012 to July 2014, Defendant H was in charge of the duties of the secretary-general from July 2014 to July 2016; Defendant I was in charge of the duties of the secretary-general from August 2016 to July 2017; Defendant J was in charge of the duties of the secretary-general from around January 2012 to around August 2015; Defendant J was in charge of the duties of the secretary-general from around July 1, 2015 to around July 2015; and Defendant J was in charge of the duties of the secretary-general from around July 2012 to around July 2015 to around July 2015, Defendant J was in charge of the duties of the secretary-general from around July 1, 2012 to around July 2014; and Defendant L was in charge of the duties of the secretary-general from around July 21, 2014 to around July 15, 2014.
