The grounds of appeal are examined.

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, including the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have rendered a not-guilty verdict on the instant facts and circumstances based on its stated reasoning, and contrary to logical and empirical rules, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on intentional or competitive relationship in the course of occupational breach of trust

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
