Punishment of the crime
At around 22:40 on November 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased bread and avoided disturbance without paying the charges; (b) went home without returning home to the police station that received a report to return home from the police officer; and (c) performed an act of disturbance for about 20 minutes in the influence of alcohol, such as threatening a police officer, who was on duty, by going to the police station located on the police patrol vehicle and going to the police station patrol boat; and (d) under the influence of alcohol.
