On October 3, 2013, at around 23:05, the Defendant driven a car in the Bscopa while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.132% from the 1km section of the Gancheon-si, OBS Broadcasting Station near the OBS Broadcasting Station located in the Orscopa-si, Sincheon-si, Seocheon-si to the Yancheon-si, Sincheon-si road.
