On March 31, 2017, the Defendant received a fine of one million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Goyang Branch of the District Court on March 31, 2017.

On January 4, 2021, the Defendant driven a DK7 car under the influence of alcohol leveling of about 0.05% in the 8km section from the Do near B apartment in Yongsan-gu, Goyang-si to the front road in the front of the dwelling of the Defendant located in the Dong-gu, Goyang-si.
