A. On December 12, 1997, the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the above loans with C, D, E, and F at the time when the loans amounting to KRW 250,000,000 from the credit mutual savings and finance companies, female mutual savings and finance companies.

B. On December 12, 1997, loans and joint and several surety bonds of the Credit Union and Finance Company B and the Defendant C, D, E, and F were transferred to the Alley District Savings Bank Co., Ltd. on October 13, 2000 (the company was a Hyundai Mutual Savings and Finance Company, and the company was a commercial mutual savings bank on March 2, 2002, the commercial mutual savings bank on April 1, 201, the Alley District Mutual Savings Bank, the Alley District Mutual Savings Bank, and the Alley District Savings Bank on October 13, 2010, the mutual name was successively changed to the Alley District Savings Bank; hereinafter referred to as the “Alley District Savings Bank”).

C. Around May 12, 2004, the Alley District Court filed a lawsuit against B and the Defendant, C, D, and F seeking the payment of the above loans and the joint and several surety claims against B and the Defendant, C, D, and F. On May 12, 2004, the above court rendered a judgment that “B and the Defendant, C, D, and F shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 198,329,73 and the amount calculated at the rate of 25% per annum from May 13, 199 to the date of full payment.” The above judgment became final and conclusive on June 17, 2004 against the Defendant.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant claim”) against the Defendant of the Alley District Savings Bank on the basis of the above judgment.

On December 14, 2010, the Alley District Savings Bank transferred the instant claim to the Plaintiff and notified the Defendant of each assignment of claim on April 10, 2014.
