Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operated D in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and F in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E.
1. Joint crimes between the defendant and G (D related)
(a) No livestock product, the distribution deadline indicated on the relevant livestock product shall be sold, nor processed, packaged, used, imported, stored, transported or displayed for sale, for any purpose;
Nevertheless, at around 14:50 on April 27, 2016, the Defendant, in collusion with G, who is a D’s employee, stored in the freezing warehouse for the purpose of selling livestock products 90 Kg, such as murdering the domestic c apartment building in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by May 28, 2015, the distribution time limit overlaps with the domestic c apartment building in collusion with G.
(b) The standards for placing livestock products to store but for the purpose of selling unregistered livestock products shall be determined with labels meeting such standards, and no livestock products shall be sold, or processed, packaged, stored, transported, or displayed for sale without labels;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with G, who is an employee of D, stored in the freezing warehouse for the purpose of selling 50 KKg, such as mosium, flive bones, flive bones, flive meat, etc. without any indication as to the indication of livestock products, at the above time and place.
2. Joint crimes committed by Defendant and H (F related)
(a) No livestock product, the distribution deadline indicated on the relevant livestock product shall be sold, nor processed, packaged, used, imported, stored, transported or displayed for sale, for any purpose;

(b)The standards for marking livestock products for the purpose of selling unregistered livestock products to store shall be set, and the livestock products shall be marked in conformity with such standards.
