As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were amended and promulgated by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, only 15% per annum from the day following the service date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019 and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, shall be recognized, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
