1. The Defendant’s KRW 31,819,70 for the Plaintiff and its 15% per annum from March 23, 2019 to May 31, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is partially amended to set the “interest rate prescribed by Presidential Decree” at 12/100 per annum on May 21, 2019, and came into force on June 1, 2019. As such, the portion of the claim for delayed payment from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment shall be cited only for the portion calculated at the rate of 12/10 per annum, and the remainder shall be dismissed.
