A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Seized evidence 1 to 6 shall be confiscated.
Punishment of the crime
In using and managing the means of access, no one shall borrow or lend a means of access, or keep, deliver or distribute a means of access, with the knowledge that the means of access is to be used for a crime or to be used for a crime, unless otherwise provided for in other Acts.
On September 3, 2015, the Defendant received physical cards linked to the accounts of community credit cooperatives (E) in the names of members of Seongdong-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sung-si, Sung-nam branch office, on the ground of loans, etc., and around 20:28 of the same day, at around September 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) specified the date and time of the crime on the basis of “Completion” among “the details of delivery” in the name of 23-25 pages of investigation records according to the Defendant’s statement. The Defendant, upon the orders of the aforementioned Bosing organization, sent the means of access, knowing that it would be used for the crime by storing subway stations or lending mail in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seocho-gu, from September 15, 2015 to September 07:30, 2015, sent the means of access as described in the attached Table 123 attached hereto, and kept the means of access as stated in the attached Table No. 25-280, Feb. 25, 2015.
