1. The Defendant’s KRW 21,913,223 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 15% per annum from February 21, 2012 to April 28, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That the statutory interest rate from the date following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case under Article 2 (2) of the Addenda of the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Legal Proceedings, Etc. (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) and Article 3 (1) of the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Legal Proceedings, Etc.
