The defendant's disclosure of information about the defendant is made through an information and communications network for five years.

The Defendant used the victim D (here, 15 years of age) who had been known to and had been married to C before, and had no place to live there, and did not notify C of the location of the victim, but did not notify C of the location of the victim. 나. 피고인은 2012. 6. 16. 02:00경 위 장소에서, 자고 있는 피해자를 추행하기로 마음먹고, 새벽녘 깊은 잠이 들어 항거불능상태에 있는 피해자의 옷을 모두 벗기고 피해자의 가슴과 음부를 수회 만져 추행하였다.

다. 피고인은 2012. 6. 28. 04:00경 위 장소에서, 자고 있는 피해자를 추행하기로 마음먹고, 새벽녘 깊은 잠이 들어 항거불능상태에 있는 피해자의 옷을 모두 벗기고 피해자의 가슴과 음부를 수회 만져 추행하였다.
