1. The Defendant’s KRW 721,00,000 among the Plaintiff and KRW 504,700,000 among them, shall be KRW 216,30,000 from September 30, 2015, and KRW 216,30,000.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
However, if there is a due date for the performance of the obligation, it shall be liable for delay from the date following the due date, and since the due date for repayment for the amount of KRW 216,30,000 in total, "third loans and interest" among the plaintiff's claims, the due date for payment for the amount of KRW 216,30,000 shall be September 30, 2015, the payment of damages for delay shall be ordered from October 1, 2015
