1. The Defendant’s KRW 275,50,000 as well as 6% per annum from November 1, 2015 to January 19, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The indication of the claim is KRW 275,500,000 (the amount calculated by subtracting KRW 245,50,000,000,000,000,000,000 (unit price of 23,000,000) that the Plaintiff supplied to the Defendant pursuant to the contract for the supply of goods entered into with the Defendant on April 1, 2015 (the total price of the goods) and the claim for the payment of damages for delay, which is the amount calculated by deducting the amount of KRW 245,50,00,00,000, paid out of the total price of the goods).
