A knife knife (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

1. On January 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Intimidation, etc.) committed a crime that had the victim’s face, chest part, and pushed away from “F” in the operation of the victim E (n, 47 years of age) located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by drinking away from the victim’s face, breast part, and pushed away from the body, and caused approximately 21 days of treatment to the victim, and was notified of a summary order of a fine of KRW 1 million from the Incheon District Court on February 13, 2014, the Defendant was willing to take a retaliation against the victim’s injury.

2. 특수폭행 피고인은 2015. 6. 16. 22:00경 위 제1항 기재 장소에서 피해자 G(53세)이 가게에서 사용하는 호스를 정리하지 않았다는 이유로 갑자기 화를 내며 “왜 물 호스를 밖으로 내놨느냐. 이 따위로 하면 가만두지 않겠다. 언제든지 너를 죽일 수 있다. 나는 살고 싶지 않은 사람이다. 죽여 버린다.”라고 말하고, 위 장소에 놓여있던 플라스틱 쓰레기통(가로20cm, 세로15cm)을 피해자를 향해 던져 쓰레기통에 담겨 있던 쓰레기에 피해자가 맞게 한 뒤, 바닥에 있던 위험한 물건인 돌멩이 2개, 플라스틱 의자를 각각 피해자를 향해 던진 다음 세척제를 피해자를 향해 발로 찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim with dangerous things.

3. The Defendant continues to use the kitchen knife (the total length of 39cm and 26cm) which is a deadly weapon located adjacent to the “H” located adjacent to the said “F,” at the time and place specified in the above paragraph 2, and then she saw the said victim G.
