On June 1, 2018, the Defendant driven a two-way truck without obtaining a driver's license in a section of about 4 km from the front apartment to the front road of the same Eup in the remote city located in 1246 due to the development of the Gannam Development-gun, Gannam Development-gun around 08:30 on June 1, 2018.
