The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
The facts charged that the defendant did not pay the retirement allowance to the worker B within 14 days from the date of his/her retirement without an extension of the payment period of the retirement allowance to the worker B are the facts charged of violating the Act on the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits.
Since the victim withdraws his intention to punish the defendant, the prosecution against the defendant is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
