On January 30, 2017, the Defendant boarded the Chinese East Air (MU) Islands departing from the Incheon International Airport, and left the Republic of Korea with the Chinese Cheongdo Office. On January 30, 2017, the Defendant purchased approximately 38.27 grams from the above Cheongdo Cheongdo Cheongdo 16:20 on the same day, purchased approximately 16:30 grams, concealed it in the panty, and arrived at around 18:30 on the same day by departing from the Chinese Cheongdo Cheongdo Cheongdo 27:27 on the same day.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he imported approximately 38.27 gramphones, a local mental medicine, from China to the Republic of Korea.
