1. The Defendant’s KRW 70,000,000 as well as 12% per annum from January 1, 2009 to November 22, 2018 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: The plaintiff has loans to the defendant (70,000,000), the date of loan (6.7 June 2005), the due date (1.7 June 2008), the agreed interest (12% per annum), and the interest payment period (7% per month).
Since the defendant has paid interest by December 31, 2008 and has not paid the principal and interest, he/she shall seek payment.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
