2. On January 14, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with cash of KRW 110,00,00,00 in cash owned by the victim J in the I Hospital 305 C of Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si.

3. On January 15, 2017, in the vicinity of the L cafeteria located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, the Defendant boarded the victim’s seat in the back seat of the victim’s operation while driving the victim’s M, and subsequently, the Defendant opens the said taxi container and takes 120,000 won in cash inside the wall.
