1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs’ claim 1) Plaintiff A, Inc., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”)
(2) A notary public holds a claim amounting to KRW 48,00,00 based on the authentic copy of an executory deed No. 615, 2017, and KRW 7,989,041 per annum from August 1, 2017 to September 11, 2018, which is calculated by the rate of KRW 15% per annum with respect to the original copy of an executory deed No. 615, 2017, as well as KRW 24,00,000 based on the authentic copy of an executory deed No. 617, 200,000, and interest calculated by the rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 1, 2017 to September 11, 2018; and
3) Plaintiff C holds claim amounting to KRW 30,00,00 based on the authentic copy of a notarial deed No. 622, 2017, and interest amounting to KRW 34,993,150 per annum from August 1, 2017 to September 11, 2018. Plaintiff D holds claim amounting to KRW 23,70,000 based on the authentic copy of a notarial deed No. 620, 2017, and interest amounting to KRW 15% per annum from August 1, 2017 to September 11, 2018. Plaintiff D holds claim amounting to KRW 34,93,150 per annum against H.
5) Plaintiff E holds to H a claim amounting to KRW 90,00,00 based on the authentic copy of notarial deed No. 621, 2017, and interest amounting to KRW 14,979,452 per annum from August 1, 2017 to September 11, 2018, and KRW 14,979,452 per annum. 6) Plaintiff F holds against H a claim amounting to KRW 150,00,00 based on the authentic copy of notarial deed No. 616, 200,00 based on notarial deed No. 616, 200, and interest amounting to KRW 15,00 per annum from August 1, 2017 to September 11, 2018.
