1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 18, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. On October 30, 2004, the Defendant borrowed KRW 25 million from the Plaintiff until the termination of the lease agreement No. 201, which the Defendant leased by the Defendant.
B. The defendant is a family.
On March 9, 2009, the Plaintiff agreed to pay the loan amount of KRW 25 million by November 30, 2009, even after the termination of the lease agreement stated in the paragraph.
C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 25 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.
