A. Defendants are jointly and severally liable for KRW 55,162,211 and KRW 25,038,410 among them. From May 13, 2014.

(The grounds for the application are as follows: (a) the “creditor” is revised to “Plaintiff”; and (b) the “debtor” is revised to “Defendant”; (c) the “rest guarantee” under Paragraph (1) 3 is added to the “rest guarantee”; and (d) the “Defendant A, the obligor B, the obligor 2, and the obligor 3, the network C. On the other hand, Defendant D and E are final and conclusive; (b) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act of applicable Acts (by service by public notice).
