1. The defendant shall pay 35,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 16, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. From July 2009 to March 2014, 2014, the Plaintiff’s assertion of the claim filed a claim against the Defendant for overdue interest at KRW 26,341,50 of the unclaimed principal out of KRW 187,430,00 under a monetary loan loan agreement, and overdue interest thereon.
