1. Special larceny and larceny: (a) from around 22:00 on November 11, 2013 to around 23:00, the Defendant stolen the Plaintiff’s farmland owned by the Victim F, Inc., in the light of the victim’s farmland from around 22:00 to around 23:0, the Defendant: (b) taken a greenhouse of the chill; (c) cut the chill; and (d) intruded the Plaintiff’s greenhouse, and then intruded the Victim’s farmland, and loaded the 1,50,000 won of the market price owned by the victim at the same time; and (d) stolen the Defendant’s hyleland, carrying it into the Defendant’s wife’s hyle to the Plaintiff’s wife’s hyle to the Plaintiff’s hyle, and then, from around July 16, 2013 to November 11, 2013.
