The defendant shall pay 45,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 11, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(A) Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment by service by public notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to “Plaintiff” and “debtor” to “Defendant”, respectively.
