A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a university student who operates a two-wheeled motor vehicle “coar” in 249c.
1. On March 7, 2014, the Defendant found one registration number plate, which was lost on August 7, 201 by the victim C, in front of the Daesung-dong, Southern-gu, Busan, as the first police officer.
The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act or commits unlawful use of air defense shall unlawfully use a registration number plate;
Nevertheless, around October 2014, the Defendant attached the D registration number plate embezzled as in the above paragraph (a) to the back of the Defendant’s non-registered two-wheeled automobile for the purpose of using it for driving the two-wheeled automobile at the Defendant’s home located in Nam-gu Busan, Busan.
3. Around 01:00 on April 28, 2015, the Defendant used the foregoing two-wheeled vehicle with a registration license plate attached to an embezzled motor vehicle as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (a) from the front day of the Hanchina Apartment apartment to the front day of the International Financial Center located in the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan City to the road located in the same Dong-dong. Around April 28, 2015, the Defendant used the illegally used air.
4. Violation of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) are driving a two-wheeled vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 0.081% in a section of about 700 meters from the date and time stated in the above paragraph (c) to the roads before the International Financial Center of the Republic of Korea located in the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and without obtaining a Class 2 driver's license for a small-sized vehicle in the same section of approximately 700 meters.
5. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of unregistered wild boars.
No automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.
Nevertheless, it is not possible.
