On July 4, 2018, at around 23:17, the Defendant driven C Coin or a motor vehicle with alcohol content of 0.304% from the 267 mountain basin near the 267 mountain basin to approximately 357-ro, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Gangseo-gu.
