1.(a)

The defendant's KRW 5,00,000 and its interest to the plaintiff shall be 5% per annum from April 11, 2016 to October 17, 2019.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On April 2016, the Plaintiff was the chairman of the council of occupants’ representatives of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) and the Defendant served as the head of the management office of the instant apartment.

B. On April 11, 2016, at the broadcasting room of the instant apartment management office around 19:45, the Defendant decided to broadcast the apartment house of this case 567 residents by determining that “if more than the hour is delayed, it would have committed a crime larger than the thickness of the occupants. The Plaintiff did not negotiate about the ten-year defect, thereby causing some damage on the ground of the completion of the prescription period. At around 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant dismissed 10 residents of the apartment of this case, including D, 100 residents of the apartment of this case, who had been found to have heard the above broadcast, and had been dismissed, and the employees also sent to the Plaintiff with the mind. There are many questions and suspicions about the construction portion, and there is no sound that the Plaintiff had raised money, and the company talked by the Plaintiff will be feasible. It is not a fair bid, but a fair request for investigation on this portion.
