Reasons

1. A claim for the extension of the prescription period of a loan of KRW 220,00,000 and a delay damages claim against the plaintiff, for whom a final and conclusive judgment of the claim was rendered (No. 2006Gahap19170, Dec. 22, 2006) from May 1, 1998 to October 26, 198, as well as a loan of KRW 220,00,000, and a claim for the extension of the prescription period of a claim for delay damages.
