This paper examines the evidence Nos. 3 and 5 of the witness Gap submitted by the plaintiff in the appellate court (including the serial number) by adding the evidence of the first instance court to the evidence.
Accordingly, the reason for the judgment of the court of first instance is cited as the reason for this decision in accordance with Article 8 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
