However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant was called as a social work personnel on June 14, 2012 and served at the Dong 2-dong community service center in Do Government-si from November 18, 2013.

While serving as a social work personnel, the Defendant left his service without justifiable grounds for eight days, including March 7, 2014, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a social work personnel, has deserted his service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
