A. Defendant C entered into an agreement on the use of credit cards with H Co., Ltd. on January 10, 2012.

Defendant C used by issuing credit cards and received credit card loans from the said bank.

After that, Defendant C did not pay interest on the credit card price and loan.

On November 15, 2013, the Plaintiff acquired the above loan claim against Defendant C (hereinafter “the instant first loan claim”), and notified Defendant C of the transfer of the claim on November 22, 2013. On December 13, 2013, the Plaintiff acquired the credit card payment claim (hereinafter “the instant credit card payment claim”) and notified Defendant C of the transfer of the claim on December 24, 2013.

The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Defendant C with this Court No. 2014 A, 25440, and this Court rendered a judgment ordering the Plaintiff to pay 7,316,845 won and 6,713,020 won as to the Defendant C and 6,713,020 won each year from December 5, 2013 to May 30, 2014, and 20% each year from the next day to the day of full payment. The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

B. The remainder of the credit card price claim as of May 9, 2019 is KRW 7,855,239 (i.e., the interest calculated at the rate of 28% per annum of KRW 2,90,064 (i.e., KRW 4,865,175), and the remainder of the loan claim is KRW 13,931,072 (i.e., KRW 6,713,020).

On May 14, 2013, Defendant C entered into a loan agreement with I Co., Ltd. on a loan amount of KRW 4,000,000, and the loan amount of KRW 38.90,000, respectively, for autonomous and overdue interest rate.

After that, Defendant C did not pay interest on the above loan.

On November 20, 2014, the said bank transferred the above loan claim against Defendant C (hereinafter “instant second loan claim”) to the Plaintiff, and notified the Defendant C of the transfer of the claim on December 8, 2014.
