On November 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around November 21, 2016, on the main point of “H” operated by the Victim G in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul around November 3, 2016; (b) was committed as if he were to pay the price despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the price despite the order of alcohol and alcohol; and (c) ordered I, an employee, the sum of the market price of KRW 990,000,000, and then acquired the said amount from the said employee with the delivery of alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the said amount.
