A. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of arguments as to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including paper numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply), the defendant committed assault with Eul et al. to the plaintiff for the purpose of treating the plaintiff's chest as his head, etc. on the roads in front of 98-2 in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul, about 12:30 on February 2, 2013, and caused bodily injury to the plaintiff, such as the plaintiff's chest by taking the head, and caused bodily injury to the plaintiff. The defendant received a summary order of KRW 70,000,000 on May 8, 2013 due to the crime of the above joint injury, and the above summary order became final and conclusive around that time.

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is liable for damages sustained by the plaintiff due to the tort of the above joint injury.

2. Scope of liability for damages

A. In addition to the facts of recognition of the above property damage and the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 3 and 6, it is recognized that the plaintiff received medical treatment from a hospital, etc. during the period from February 8, 2013 to February 13, 2013 due to the defendant's tort, and that the plaintiff was hospitalized in Suwon-si Fne E during the period from February 5, 2013 to February 13, 2013, and that the property damage occurred during that period are as follows:

(3) In the event that a person has committed a tort against the Plaintiff’s assertion, he/she shall be liable to compensate for the remaining damages caused by the Defendant’s tort. (1) From February 2, 2013 to February 13, 2013, the daily income of KRW 2,403,932 (income of KRW 6,210,160 adjacent to the date of the tort x KRW 12/31, but less than KRW 12/31) medical expenses of KRW 1,247,505, KRW 64,100 for medical expenses of KRW 118,00 for medical expenses of February 5, 2013, KRW 10,00 for medical expenses of KRW 10,00 for medical expenses of KRW 10,00 for KRW 10,00 for medical expenses of KRW 5,200 for medical expenses of KRW 135,205, Feb. 13, 2013.
